At ATT Aventura/NMB, we are not just a regular MMA gym; we are a high-end facility dedicated to the art of self-defense and the pursuit of physical fitness. Our multi-disciplined fight gym offers a range of classes including Strength & Conditioning, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Cardio Boxing, Judo, Mixed Martial Arts, Personal Training, and Striking. We aim to bring the entire MMA experience to the Aventura and North Miami area, providing our students with the tools they need to unleash their full potential.
Monday through Friday we hold classes for adults from 7:00 - 8:00 PM and three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, classes from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
